Checking out areas that would be suitable for quarterly monitoring
On April 9th, IPL checked-out a spot for our community beach clean-up initiative. First thigns first, a big THANK YOU to the people that were part of the beach clean up and a special mention to the people that attended during their dinner breaks.
IPL Community Team will soon meet to debrief on the first area we've scouted and determine where to next with our beach clean-up initiatives. We are hoping to monitor the same stretch of beach 4 times per year and tally up the results of our findings.
Watch this space, once we have developed our Beach Clean Up strategy, we will look at involving people in our community.
