Provision of Crude Assay analysis enabled us to better cover the range of testing expertise required by the local O&G industry. Our experienced staff provided the required information on the crude’s quality and composition which helped our customer get an indication of the types of petroleum products that will be obtained from the refined product.

IPL has experienced staff dedicated to Crude Assay testing and a team of experts reviewing all the results before issuing a final report. An interim report is usually provided within 2 weeks for a full Crude Assay and a final report is issued within 4 weeks of sample receipt.

Our Flash Assay or Rapid Yield Crude Assay is performed with an efficient separation unit. It requires smaller sample volume and performs a crude distillation up to 350°C.

Alongside IPL’s specialist petrochemical testing expertise for the downstream industry, IPL identified that testing of industrial waters (storm, ground, surface and produced) would complement their existing testing suite from which Environmental consultants, Oil and Gas producers and operators, Pipeline operators and Chemical suppliers would benefit from.
